Instructions for Presentations

Oral Presentations

Oral Presenters will have 15 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Please bring your presentation on a CD, a DVD or on a memory stick and load it on the conference computer of the Auditorium, before the start of the session.

Please note that the congress computer is supplied with Windows 7 and Office 2010 and therefore your presentation must be compatible with this software. You will not be allowed to use your own laptop computer.

Poster Presentations

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 80 cm wide x 120 cm high (if it does not meet these dimensions, you may not be able to present it).

Poster presentations have unique identifying numbers (you may find it on the back of your badge) that define poster locations. Poster presentations will be mounted on the walls of the Conference room. Presenters may display posters throughout the entire Conference.

The first author of each poster abstract is responsible for the proper assembly, mounting, and presentation of his/her poster. The organization of the Conference will provide the necessary material for poster mounting. Presenters will be allowed to begin mounting their posters early in the morning (before oral sessions), during coffee breaks and at lunch time.

POSTERS MINI-TALKS

Poster Presenters that agreed to give a mini-talk about their posters will have 5 minutes to present it (please be aware that this minitalk does not replace the presentation of the work in poster; poster presenter must assemble their posters as mentioned above). The program includes mini-talk schedule; please remember to load your presentation before your session and check if it is Windows 7 and Office 2010 compatible.
